this Online Form to request a login and password. Takes only
a few minutes to receive the password during normal business

at http://adtrek.nando.com. |

Click
on the "Send An Ad" link in the upper left corner. |
| 3. |
Enter
your name and password. |
| 4. |
On
the page that appears, type in the run date (if multiple insertions,
please enter the first date), ad size, N&O Sales Representative
and Ad Format. |

Select
the "Browse" button to locate the ad you wish to send
on your local disk. |
| 6. |
Click
on the "Send" button. The transmission speed is directly
related to your connection. Be patient, if necessary. Adtrek
will display a confirmation page when the upload is complete. |

Your
file has been transmitted to the News and Observer. An e-mail
is automatically sent to your News and Observer Sales Representative
and Digital Ad Specialist to notify them of the file's arrival. |

- All files transmitted over
Adtrek are protected using secure server software.
- All files other than Adobe
Acrobat PDF files must be stuffed using Stuffit Deluxe or other
compression programs.
- We recommend faxing a hard
copy of your file to our Digital Ad Team at 919-829-8911 to
protect against errors.
- If you are a new customer
to the News and Observer, or new to digital ad delivery, please
send your files 24 hours in advance of deadline to allow for
unforeseen problems.
